Present For Poland - Information Evening

Dear all,

The information evening will take place on Wednesday the 31st of March at the NHTV Sibeliuslaan. The theme is ""Present For Poland" and its purpose is to inform and enthusiast you and your relatives about our trip this May. During the evening there is an opportunity to take part of the games, entertainment and Polish delicatessen, and the bar will also be open!
All profit generated during that evening will be donated to the project in Poland.


Your parents and family are all invited to this wonderfull evening. The invitation will be post this week. In case your parents have not received an invitation yet at the end of week 12,we apolygize upfront and would like to invite them via you to be present that evening.

Student form &nd Copy ID card or Passport

Dear fellow students,

We would like to request everyone to fill in the attached form and make a copy of your ID card or Passport. Make sure that your ID card or Passport is still valid untill September 2010, this is crucial for the entry of the boarder of Poland.

This is important for the group Travelling & Stay, it is your responsibility to provide us the required documents in time. DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ID CARD OR PASSPORT! The deadline is stated before Friday the 26th of March pigeonhole 'Studiereis 2FM'.

Spread The Love

To make things clear, the E 350,- p.p. that you(r parents) has paid are assigned to the group of Travel & Stay. It means that the group of Sponsoring & Pr has no funding (yet) for the project which will take place in Poland. Therefore several activities will take place in order to collect as much as money as we can. We hope that you will support us to achieve a great end result.

SPREAD THE LOVE

Spread The Love will take place in week 6 at the premises of the NHTV Sibeliuslaan. You have the opportunity to buy some small gifts for yourself or love ones to share your love (+ with special delivery on request). We are spreading the love by means of this activity to collect money for the elementary school in Poland. We hope you will do too!
